Ridiculous. This tin was opened and then taped shut after. Plus, there is no way the tin got this damaged without the box also being damaged - the box was in mint condition. It was clearly packed as a damaged item. I have photos. This is a very poor excuse.

The products are packed with shredded cardboard strips, which allow the cardboard to return to its original shape in the event of impact. It is therefore normal for your cardboard to have retained its original appearance. However, the condition of the cardboard does not constitute a valid reason for not checking the condition of the goods.
